Yes. The Financial Snapshot is completely free to use and does not require an account.
Are my figures stored?
No. Your figures are submitted only to calculate your result and are not intentionally stored or linked to you. Nothing is saved to an account.
How is tax calculated?
Income Tax, National Insurance, pension and student loan are calculated by the same engine as our Salary Calculator, using published HMRC rates for the current tax year.
Are the results financial advice?
No. The results and insights are general information based only on the figures you enter. They are not personal financial advice.
Can I use monthly or annual costs?
Income is entered annually; household and living costs are entered as monthly amounts. The results show both monthly and annual views.
Does it support Scottish Income Tax?
Yes. If you select the Scottish taxpayer option, the Scottish Income Tax bands are applied. National Insurance is UK-wide.
